Established in 1975 in Geneva, the private bank CBH is also located in Zurich, Lausanne, St. Moritz and Nassau.

The family-owned Shareholding enables the Bank to enjoy full financial independence and to provide full autonomy in the decision-making process.

Security

CBH is a member of the Swiss Bankers Association and is regulated and supervised by the FINMA (Swiss financial market supervisor authority).

 Security is also ensured by the strategic directions pursued by the Bank.

• The Bank focuses on wealth management and does not handle any investments on its own account.
• The Bank only lends money when the amount is guaranteed by the assets of the clients (lombard loans). As such, it does not carry any commercial credit activity.

Transparency is guaranteed by an open architecture at the investment level to shed light on decision-making process, risk control and cost structure.
